I went in without a reservation and was there when the opened up at 8:00 am. They took me in and registered me quickly, I was seen very soon after, and there turned out to be no sign of strep. I was very competently helped. Alex was absolutely great. She was personable and very knowledgeable with great suggestions on strategy for curing my very bad cold, including the right medicines and strategies for taking them. I was so impressed that, if I have another need to see a doctor I would go there instead of trying to secure an appointment with my GP at Methodist Hospital. I am sure I will be back at some point and I would definitely make a reservation to go when Alex was there. I recommend this health care option.

Overall, this urgent care is great! We have no complaints other than the room being really really cold. But the staff was attentive, they listened, and they treated our infant with care. I would absolutely come here again!

It was easy to book and staff was very friendly!  Also, super helpful that this was open during this holiday weekend.

I did not feel well for a few days and then woke up with a terrible sore throat and no voice.  I was able to make an appointment that morning and was in and out quickly with a prescription called in.  The entire office was so nice and I’m feeling much better a couple days later.

2nd time here, both visits were easy to check in, short waiting time with courteous and friendly staff.
