This was my first time going to this urgent care clinic. The ease of scheduling & the friendliness of everyone there will definitely have me going back there for future visits when necessary.

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Staff is courteous and caring.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

I was scared my meds changed and not feeling well they put my mind at ease. Always  make me feel better. Thank you

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Dr was wonderful , can’t recall her name but she is very good person.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!
