I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

Upon receiving instruction to get a physical and pre-screen drug test done and where to get it done was lingering in my thoughts for a few hours, nevertheless, I played on my braveness and decided to make a move. When I arrived, there were three staff there. They took great interest in filling me in from the check-in point to the completion of my visit. Another great visit with Dr. Marshall. Time and time again Dr. Marshall comes through with a fantastic communication style, truly explaining what the problem is  and what will happen. And it’s also very evident that he cares about being a great doctor and getting great results for the patients. One of the only doctors I’ve ever met that truly bridges the gap between clinical and caring.

Woke up not feeling well. Easily scheduled an appointment. Staff was very nice and attentive and Dr Michelle was great

Needed a DOT physical quickly. Scheduled one via the website before the office opened. I was met by friendly staff,and as soon as I was done with the paperwork, I was taken back. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Dr Narshall was hus usual cheerful self. The entire process was easy and pleasant.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
