Went to ER scheduled ER follow up that day was a heavy storm called to verify and even though I got the text message for the next day, they did not see me on the schedule and made me wait till the next available in an agonizing pain left several voicemails. You never got a callback from management as requested.

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get a physical, we got there early and we had to wait over an hour after our appointment time while walk ins were taken back. When we questioned the front desk, we were lied to and told that to the people that went before us had an appointment when the solv app showed us differently, not only that my daughter happened to know one of the boys that were taken back and literally text him while we were in the waiting room. He said no we didn’t have an appointment. We just walked right in …when my daughter questioned the front desk, the lady upfront was very rude to her. I don’t know why they offer appointment spots if they’re not going to honor them and just lie to people that are waiting. What makes it even worse is that we have been a steady Client of this location for a long time

Very easy and quick check in for the appointment itself, and very kind care providers.

Staff was extremely friendly, had a slight wait due to other appointments coming in but staff was very apologetic while still providing great care! Had a slight issue with the pharmacy the prescription was sent to and staff was quick to resend to another to make sure we could get it asap. Thank you!!

Scheduling was easy..and check in.. very friendly nurse.. and Dr. Was great.. listen to my concerns.. only waiting was about an hour. But good Service

While the overall care was great, I feel that the women at the window need a little more empathy especially when you go with a child who’s sick there’s two people there and there’s no need for eyes to be rolled just because one person is answering something and it should be the other. empathy needs to be practiced there. Whom ever the darker girl is with glasses sitting in the first chair to the left was extremely rude. Everybody else was pleasant.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. Wait time was not long. Staff was super friendly. Everyone was understanding and got meds ordered from the nearby pharmacy immediately. I have been to this location before and I always have a positive experience.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
