It was definitely not the normal doctors visit, there was a very friendly nurse  initiated, a Zoom with the doctor, after she check all vitals, etc., and then issued diagnosis

Staff is courteous and caring.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Went there for a DOT physical and everything was terrific!

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Overall everything was good, but the check in was over the board, with too many unnecessary questions which was a bit lengthy. Yes I would recommend. But scale back on unescesary.

This is a crate Urgent Care. Always openings for same-day appointments. The staff is very friendly and the place is immaculate. Any provider that I have had has been excellent .

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
