I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

Check in went smoothly. Wait was short. Initially intake with the nurse was easy. Exam by doctor went well. I felt comfortable with everyone and was happy with the care I received.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Outstanding staff! Immaculate office. All staff and medical professionals were attentive and respectful ! Gave in office medical tests with immediate results. Other test sent out. Results 3 days later. Very courteous staff and very little wait time- a few minutes!! I would recommend this medical provider.
