As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. Staff was amazing, x-ray tech was very thorough and the nurses who gave me my shot were very kind and made me laugh. The provider was very nice, professional and made all my instructions very clear about the meds and recovery. It was a great experience even though I would have rather not been there, they all made it very pleasant!

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

The patient bathroom toilet seat was really dirty on the bottom of it. Other than that everything was clean except the toilet seat.

Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
