My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.

Check in was easy.  Staff was super friendly and the doctor was so great and explained everything where I could understand    Highly recommend

Woke up with a sore throat was able to easily schedule an appointment online and was second in the office to be seen , the staff were friendly and kind.

Nurse Practitioner Rachel is very knowledgeable and caring. She got me going with meds for a sinus infection and I’m on the mend.

No matter the season and time of day , the service is always phenomenal.

The staff is friendly. They have great Customer Service and the bedside manner was good. Facility is clean and snacks were offered after swabbing also. I recommend this facility to anyone. Wait was not long at all.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
