My son needed to be seen for his ear and the scheduling was great, wait time was short, the front desk people were amazing but the nurse practitioner/ Dr was not friendly at all!!! She looked in his ear and said I can’t help right now but come back in a few days and I said will I have to pay the $50 copay again and she said well it’s not my fault, do you want to sign a waiver in case he gets permanent ear damage. I said no absolutely not I just live on a small income and she wasn’t kind about it at all. I will NEVER go back if Samantha Thomas is there again!! Other than her everything else was great. Even the pharmacy technician was helpful and kind.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
