Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

Back staff medical asst and doctor were so nice. Front desk seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Spoke to me like they were half asleep.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

This was my first time going to this urgent care clinic. The ease of scheduling & the friendliness of everyone there will definitely have me going back there for future visits when necessary.

Except for the FREEZING 🥶 TEMPERATURE of the entire place, the people & provider were great. The wait was pretty long too… but I understand there was only one provider that day even though there was only 2 people before me.

Girls at front desk could use some pointers in professionalism and bedside manner.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.
