Everything was very easy from start to finish during the appointment. The check in process was easy where I was able to complete the paperwork all online and get everything submitted before even arriving to the clinic. The clinic was very clean and the staff were very respectful. I would definitely go back to this location again if something urgent arises.

I was not happy after paying $200 They wanted me to do a covid test and a flu test that was not included in those $200. I didn’t have it anymore money on so I asked if I could make payment plans and there was no one available to help me with that part. I talk to the Dr on the tablet she  couldn’t hear me cause I had lost my voice so she ask the PCA to talk to her on the . I thought it was wrong because I’m the one she needs to talk to not to mention I still don’t know what’s wrong with me. Then I was told the visit was over. I find this to be very unprofessional.

I went through the walk in. It was very easy. I was in and out of there within maybe 20 minutes. I was ordered medication and hopefully I’ll be feeling much better in a couple of days! I would definitely recommend their services.

Truly appreciate the staff in the office they were worm and welcoming. From what I noticed while waiting, is that they made everyone felt important and they were ready to assist. The provider was very thorough, she asked the right questions to ensure she gives the correct diagnosis Great place to go for your health needs
