We arrived just before closing and the staff was friendly and helpful despite the closing time.

This is my to go place when needed. App scheduling. Is easy staff is friendly and professional.

I have been ill for days and this stop was great—friendly staff and great nurse! She diagnosed and prescribed what I needed!

Once we were seen, things were fine. However, we scheduled an appointment, got there shortly before the appointment time, and had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. Then once we were called back, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we were seen by the doctor.  This doesn’t seem like there’s a good reason to schedule an appointment when you’re not seen until an hour and a half after your appointment time.  We have used this facility before and had to wait maybe 30 minutes, but this was really ridiculous and extremely frustrating!  In addition, I have called back several times to try to get the results of what the radiologist has said about the x-ray but because there is no one answering the phone and it is all automated there is no way to get these results unless I drive there.  There needs to be a way to contact a human being when calling. Again very very frustrating.

I am extremely happy with the dealing of staff, all are very professional and very kind and humble people

They were all fantastic I don’t have a bad thing to say about the whole experience

Easy to make appointment. Quick to check in. Waited about 5 minutes. Staff very professional and friendly. Lab results were very fast. Gave me a prescription. Highly recommend.

Good evening. Yesterday had to see urgent care for the first time. I let them know the reason I was there check in was easy. They check everything that was required for my visit and call in my meds and I was on my way. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The waiting was extremely long, almost 3 hours. The medication was called in a couple of hours after leaving clinic . There should be more staff to assist with busy time of year.

Love taking my children here great staff and fast no waiting time. All the doctor are great and always answering my question.
