Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

All the staff were really nice and sweet from the moment I walked in! Everyone was so caring and listening when I explained what had been going now for a few weeks. Will return if I need to for anything illness related.

Very easy to schedule a same day quick appointment. Staff was very friendly.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

Had a brief opportunity to get an appointment in for a quickly escalating tooth inflammation / possible infection.  Was able to rapidly book and appointment and get seen.   Was a great experience, from walking into the office, to being seen.  I am always happy to visit AFC West Chester when I need to.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
