I was a walk in so scheduling didn’tmatter check in was easy. Staff and the care was phenomenal.

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

Walked in and explained my medical concern. They where very friendly and quickly texted a check in list to my phone. I completed the check in and 15 or so minutes later I was called in for my preliminary assessment. A short time later the practitioner came in to see me. The whole process was quick and efficient.
