Scheduling was easy and Everyone was courteous and pleasant.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking prompt medical attention, confident that they will leave feeling satisfied and well cared for.

First time being at CityLife health and I had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The environment was clean, calm, and organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. It’s not easy to find a clinic that combines compassion with excellent care, but this place exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend. Urgent care employees and the doctor are great we had a very good visit and care!

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

Had a rash, went in. The doctor prescribed steroids and cream. The rash went away after a few days. I'll definitely come back here again.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Everyone was so attentive, friendly and caring.Would highly recommend !
