Walked in. I was taken care of right away. Easy start. Nurse assistant came in quickly to check vitals. PA arrived quickly. She was excellent: Professional and concerned. Gave very good explanations. Her name was Victoria.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Would certainly go back again for any emergency that might arise definitely recommend them

I woke up yesterday morning not feeling well and my primary care physician was unable to take me. Fortunately, I was able to go to Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Cedar Knolls. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wait time was a bit long, but that is to be expected at this time of year. I was home with a diagnosis in about an hour. Thanks for all of your help!

PA was attentive and explained what he was going to do and what to expect. He had a good bedside manner

Everything went as well as possible. Check in staff excellent. Quick result on Covid test.

Walked in and explained my medical concern. They where very friendly and quickly texted a check in list to my phone. I completed the check in and 15 or so minutes later I was called in for my preliminary assessment. A short time later the practitioner came in to see me. The whole process was quick and efficient.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

I always have no issues when I go to the Greenvale Northwell health doctor is very friendly knowledgeable and seem to help me every time

Doctor was so helpful, patient and kind with all my questions! Was able to be seen very quickly. Would definitely go back.
