Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. I definitely would recommend going here for quick responses and almost better than going to the hospital even got my xray on sight

Had a brief opportunity to get an appointment in for a quickly escalating tooth inflammation / possible infection.  Was able to rapidly book and appointment and get seen.   Was a great experience, from walking into the office, to being seen.  I am always happy to visit AFC West Chester when I need to.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
