I woke up with almost losing my vision and i have the worst headache and nothing was done to ease my pain everytime i go here i see nurse practitioner not the doctor i feel like i paid for nothing i didnt get relieve at all

I didn’t feel I was listened to & I felt it was a waste of my time. I came in with bites on my legs and pain in my legs. All I left with was ace bandages on my legs & some hydrocortisone cream called into the pharmacy. I was not looking for drugs but I wanted some relief from the pain. That was worse treatment I received from an urgent care. I could’ve gotten better care at the hospital lesson learned. Very disappointing

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.

An excellent visit, but what impressed me the most was the professionalism of medical staff. The blood test was done accurately with very little pain. Last time I had a blood test (another place), they couldn't find a vein (and blamed me), then they jabbed me many times. I had big bruises and pain for months. What a difference going somewhere they know what they're doing
