Injured myself last night.  Went to Live Urgent Care this morning.  As always quick and easy check in.  Welcoming front desk as always.  Clean rooms. Fantastic nurses and doctors.   Amazing care as always.  Always takes time to listen and explains things in detail.  Won’t go anywhere else.  Thank you LUC! They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!
