I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

I love this place and was trying to prove a point about quality to someone I brought along. I have no idea how you operate a medical facility with zero air conditioning in the waiting room and exam room while it is almost 90 degrees outside. It is my understanding medical facilities keep a cold temperature to slow down the spread of bacteria and disease. There was not even any airflow which is concerning while the country is experiencing multiple outbreaks. This visit was unnecessarily and extremely uncomfortable and also stressful as people cough in the waiting room that has zero circulation in. The exam room was worse, it felt like a hot box of disease, again zero air-conditioning and zero air circulation in a 5 by 10 room waiting for the doctor with the door closed and uncomfortably hot. In the other hand staff was friendly, kind, and helpful as always, which is a shame to make such good employees work in these conditions. I'm not sure why the air conditioning was off in most of the building, but you are running a medical facility, therefore there is no good reason to do so. If your AC is out of service, so should your facility. Yes you were able to charge me for a visit, but I may never come back and the person I brought along with me is definitely never being a patient there. Cutting these type of corners is hard to justify honestly.

I woke up today feeling terrible and decided to come to this urgent for the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back. Well hopefully I don’t get sick but this will be the first place I go.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!
