Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Easy Checking In, Friendly Staff, little to no waiting time. Love the apps too, you can see how many is ahead of you aka “waitlist” love the experience. Definitely will come again when there’s urgent care needed.

Injured myself last night.  Went to Live Urgent Care this morning.  As always quick and easy check in.  Welcoming front desk as always.  Clean rooms. Fantastic nurses and doctors.   Amazing care as always.  Always takes time to listen and explains things in detail.  Won’t go anywhere else.  Thank you LUC! Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.
