Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

Had a scheduled appointment for a blood draw. Excellent quality of care. The lady who took my blood was extremely gentle and the doctor was a sweetheart. Also the folks at the front desk were very kind and considerate. Would come back here for sure.

Went here twice and great experiences both times. The staff is nice and friendly, everything looks nice and clean, and I was attended quickly.

I didn’t feel I was listened to & I felt it was a waste of my time. I came in with bites on my legs and pain in my legs. All I left with was ace bandages on my legs & some hydrocortisone cream called into the pharmacy. I was not looking for drugs but I wanted some relief from the pain. That was worse treatment I received from an urgent care. I could’ve gotten better care at the hospital lesson learned. Very disappointing

It was an easy sign in process with friendly staff and was in and out quickly without having to wait long to get check. Thank you.

Since I was presenting with a sore throat and fever, and I was prescribed doxycycline, I’m surprised that nobody even looked in my throat to see if there were signs of a bacterial infection. Isn’t that standard procedure? In addition, I informed the medical technician that I was taking Cialis for BPH. I was prescribed cough medicine that is contraindicated for an enlarged prostate.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Great place Friendly staff.  Easy check in, not waiting time.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.
