The staff was terrific and so nice. This was our first time and were so impressed with the office, the nurse and doctor. If needed again we will certainly use them.

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

Injured myself last night.  Went to Live Urgent Care this morning.  As always quick and easy check in.  Welcoming front desk as always.  Clean rooms. Fantastic nurses and doctors.   Amazing care as always.  Always takes time to listen and explains things in detail.  Won’t go anywhere else.  Thank you LUC! My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

The nurses that greeted me were wonderful. They did their jobs and were very nice and helpful. I was seen by the Dr via video. I felt I was treated nicely and got my issues heard. She was attentive and helped me out with medication
