I arrived at the clinic close to closing, and had a short wait excluding a few forms. Was treated well and in a timely manner. Great facility, even better staff.

My name is Sharyn::went to UC on Andover St.this morning for a bad boo boo on my leg::the girls there were outstanding::knew exactly what to do & were very comforting::this will be my go to place if I get myself in a bind again::TY Donna::Becky::&,Lindsey & the front desk❤

My elderly mom needed care and we went to the hospital ER where we were waiting for over 3 hours and no doctor in sight. We finally left and came to Carewell in Tewksbury and though there was a sign on the door stating: “no walk-ins, appointments only“, I went in and asked the young woman at the desk if they could see my mother. She came and took a look at mom and said the doctor would see her because she definitely needed to be examined for a bad cut, and they couldn’t turn someone away who needed help. She led us to an exam room used for non-Covid patients so we wouldn’t have to sit by possible Covid cases in the waiting room, which was very thoughtful, unlike the ER where we were sitting for an hour in the unadvertised Covid section before a P/A suggested we move to a different area! The Dr. at Carewell saw mom about 20 minutes later at 8:00 pm (which was their closing time), and after they finished with the patients who had been waiting, he stitched up mom‘s cut. We left at 8:00 pm and thanked them for staying later and helping us. They couldn’t have been nicer and I was so glad we decided to leave the ER and go to Carewell. We will definitely return in the future when we need medical care!

The staff was so friendly and on top of things!
