I was able to check in easily and not wait long to be seen by doctor . The staff are helpful , you see the willingness to take care of my needs. This was my 2nd time to this urgent care and same good experience.! 100% recommendable !

Came in for rib injury from work. Dr Azen and staff were great. Dr Azen genuinely cared and listened. He gave recommendations to help me with pain and suggestions for a quicker recovery.

I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

I had to do a physical/drug screening for a new job and this was the clinic my company is contracted with. I just dropped in and the staff were very friendly and efficient and the facility was very clean. The medical assistant and doctor has d great bedside manner. I was in and out within an hour. I’d recommend this urgent care to others.

I was very disappointed because my appointment was for an x-ray and the x-ray machine was broken and has been for some time. No one bother to let me know that it was broken so the appointment was a waste of time

Jamaica and the back office MA was great! They took great care of my daughter and followed up as promised.

I was able to be seen right away. The attendant, Alejandra, was amazing and was able to get me seen immediately by a physician. The doctor was very helpful at informing me about medications and writing a prescription for my allergies. The doctor also listed to other concerns and gave good advice.

Staff were extremely helpful. I am finally at ease about my medical. I understand the process as explained and they were very receptive to scheduling. Dr. Nguyen was a breath of fresh air

My worse nightmare of needing an urgent care visit on a Saturday at 6pm. Surprisingly I found Carbon Health Urgent Care with several appointments available. The checkin as a first visit was so easy and I was seen IMMEDIATELY. The physician was attentive, thorough and so friendly. The checkout was amazing, she helped me find a 24 hour pharmacy to get my prescription
