          Got seen so quick! Normally ive had to wait over 2+ hours at accelerated urgent care on clinton keith even with an appointment. Carbon health will now be my go to for urgent care!  All staff were friendly. The man who took my vitals was nice, the receptionist, and so was the female doctor she was amazing and the appointment didnt feel rushed at all, she took her time with me.

          Was able to make a fast easy appointment for next day online. But wait time in clinic was very long even though I did have an appointment. I think AME should do reminder messages of appointments or when patient needs testing as well.

          My Primary Dr. had no available appointments and told me to go to an Urgent Care. I selected Inland Urgent Care, and when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff! The nurse was so helpful and the Dr. was amazing! He listened and really took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns! I am confident I am on the mend!!           Thought I had unusually low blood pressure. I was getting a prescription from CVS next door and stopped in for a quick diagnosis. I was taken in and, the doctor examined me and was thorough enough to order a EKG. Staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was polite and understanding.

          So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

          The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???
