The wait time was minimum, the service was great. Staff showed a genuine caring attitude.

Everyone was attentive, professional and helpful.  Appreciate not having to wait long to get care.  Would choose Gateway Urgent Care again if needed.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and  we were in before our appointment time.  The care giver was friendly and answered all our questions.  We were in & out quickly and very pleased with our visit.

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

Urgent care was superb. It was great no problems at all. I would recommend everybody over there. They were the best in handling the patient. Thank you.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend for anyone thinking of getting tested. From start to finish the whole process was hassle free and and very professional. I had my results very quickly and discreetly couldn't be happier with the service.
