Acquired an upper extremity itchy rash.  Scheduled a 7:30am appointment and was seen quickly and provided with a prescription.  Great experience from beginning to end.  Efficient and friendly staff.  I would visit again.

I felt miserable when I walked in. The front receptionist was very nice but needed to remove mask when talking because it made her hard to understand. The Lab tech and doctor was very nice and very concerning about my feelings. I give the staff a 10. Thanks guy's

Really appreciate my speedy service at Urgent Care on today because that sciatica nerve had me up all nite in a chair trying to get some relief. I couldn't take it any longer so off to urgent care and everyone was so concerned. The nurse who excorted me in was very patience with me and Dr. Eugene Baldwin is just so kind, so pleasant & caring when he talk with you. I am so happy to see he was still there servicing the people with kindness. Thank you for having him on Staff, I hope he stays on this side of Town.

Wasn’t expecting to wait one hour after making my scheduled appointment at 9:50 and advise to be there at 9:35, which I was.

The staff and physician are amazing.  This medical facility is one of the best I have been to here in AL.  I highly recommend it

Everything was great from scheduling, check in staff super friendly, nurse was considerate, and doctor fabulous! He listened to all I was going thru and came up with several treatment plans which began with two shots to relieve my arm and ankle pain. Thank for making my day so much more enduring.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
