I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Professional and efficient staff.  I had been bitten by a tick, and they got me a prescription for antibiotics quickly. They were all very nice to me. I would definitely recommend them.

The office staff were friendly and professional. The office is in a great location with easy access, and the environment was very clean. They accepted my insurance without any issues. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this office. Unfortunately, the app does not allow patients to send messages directly to the doctor.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
