Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I am so very pleased with the level of care from reception, incoming nurse, nurse practitioner and x-ray tech. They were all kind and understanding to a very sick senior citizen. I am blessed to have such high quality Urgent Care in Smithtown. Thank you all.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.

Overall everything was good, but the check in was over the board, with too many unnecessary questions which was a bit lengthy. Yes I would recommend. But scale back on unescesary.

It was definitely not the normal doctors visit, there was a very friendly nurse  initiated, a Zoom with the doctor, after she check all vitals, etc., and then issued diagnosis

Went there for a DOT physical and everything was terrific!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

The personal was Very nice and fast, I love it, lo recomiendo 100 por ciento
