The facility is good, I do have an issue with their billing department. No one answers phone or emails

We had to go back for a follow up for my daughter on Easter Day, From the check in lady at front desk, to the floor manager and the dr on call, all were superb. Very friendly, professional and actually took time to listen and speak with us did not feel rushed, would def go back if / when needed

Dr Joudeh is the best primary dr I’ve ever had, been with him for almost a decade , he’s always on point with diagnosis, he sincerely cares for his patients

Excellent!!! The CitiMD had closed their wait line for the day, so I called Bellmore, who said to come right down. My husband had an allergic reaction and had a swollen tongue. They gave him a shot of steroids and told him to wait in the waiting area, then checked up on him about 20-25 minutes later and sure enough, the swelling had begun to go down. Thank you to PA Wong!!

My b/p was high and the doctor and staff were the best I had in a long time.
