I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Doctor was so helpful, patient and kind with all my questions! Was able to be seen very quickly. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

I have used Urgent Care on Pierce St. several times. Scheduling online is so easy. The wait time is minimal. Today I was seen within 5 minutes of entering the clinic! The staff is wonderful.  I have always been treated with respect, professionalism, but also kindness and compassion. I certainly recommend this facility.
