Very pleasant atmosphere... and I like the music they play there. It is spacious and modern, very clean. I went for a covid rapid test. It was a breeze as the technician in no way tried to poke my eyes out, through my nose, during the test. They allow only a certain number of people in to comply with social distancing. As a seat opens, you may enter. A very positive experience.

I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.
