The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

I would  definitely  recommend  I went with  out appoitment  no need wait too long and the staff are very nice.And  the most important  for me they are very helpful  with  my concerns about my health

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

I came in for a broken toe. Every staff member from the front desk, medical assistant, x-ray tech, and doctor was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I was in and out of there very quickly. I never leave reviews but I just had to this time because of how great my experience was.

Back pain had gotten worse over last week. My PT/chiropractor said to go to ER or Urgent Care. I chose Atlantic. At first was discouraged at check in bc I felt as though I was being pushed to ER. But glad I chose to wait it out bc nurse practitioner was lovely and just what I needed for my neck step in this healing process.

I went to this urgent care at the recommendation of my daughter.  I was in and out quickly.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Saw PA Danielle who was wonderful.  Explained every in detail and left the office very satisfied of her findings.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.
