Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

First time being at CityLife health and I had a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The environment was clean, calm, and organized, which made me feel comfortable right away. It’s not easy to find a clinic that combines compassion with excellent care, but this place exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend. When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner
