I came in for a broken toe. Every staff member from the front desk, medical assistant, x-ray tech, and doctor was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. I was in and out of there very quickly. I never leave reviews but I just had to this time because of how great my experience was.

Had an appointment with my primary care doctor and I was 15 minutes late. Because I made my appointment early in the morning and the appointment they gave me was late in the day at high traffic time and it’s at least a half hour away from my house and then I fell asleep because I hadn’t slept in a few days because I was so sick and they  informed me they couldn’t see me so I decided to go to urgent care. It was so easy. The Dr was so pleasant and so nice and my doctor is in a Capital health practice so so many times I don’t see that doctor. I see other doctors so I think I’m gonna continue to go to urgent care from now on. Thank you for pushing the easy button and making it so convenient when I was so sick I’ll appreciate you all great Team.

I went to this urgent care at the recommendation of my daughter.  I was in and out quickly.

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful. Wait time wasn't long for my prescription. Overall great experience! Sould definitely visit this Urgent Care site again!

Wasp sting in two areas. Positive swelling in leg and arm. Associated pain and itchiness. Appropriate med prescribed. Rash and swelling eventually resolved.  Very pleased with care. Would gladly recommend this provider again.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.
