Wanted to get checked before work the next day. Process was easy and waited less than 5 minutes. Very clean facility and staff was great!

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

I have suddenly swear pain in my left leg. I rush to Urgent care without any Appointment. After reaching there I was surprises with the supportive attitude of the care team. I received total within no time. That's really amazing experience for me. I am really thankful to Urgent care for all this.

Can't say enough good things about Carbon Health Ease of getting an appointment to the friendliness of entire staff all went above and beyond what I expected. Very pleased, I will use them again when needed.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.
