Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

Had a fever and cough For a week.  Staff was efficient and pleasant. Faculty was super clean.

Took ill a few days ago and kept getting worse. I was a walk-in, check-in was easy, and was seen immediately. Every person on staff was kind, explaining everything, listening to everything I had to say, offering testing before I suggested them. Very good experience considering how bad I was feeling.

I appreciate the treatment and staff, they listened and took care of my situation I appreciate everything they have done

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I managed a troublesome upper respiratory problem all week and finally decided on a Friday to be seen at AFC.  It was easy to schedule an appointment online and complete any necessary paperwork.  Checking in was simple and the front desk staff was great.  The medical associate was lovely, and understanding.  The PA Timothy was thorough, kind and helpful.

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

This was my first time there,I was very impressed. Everyone was so professional and kind. The building is really nice,excellent waiting room.

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)
