2nd time here, both visits were easy to check in, short waiting time with courteous and friendly staff.

The team was super  nice, informative, and always kept smiling despite there was an emergency with a patient and set everyone behind their appointments. They kept us inform and proceeded quickly and attentive to each one after.

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

Traveling from several hours out of town and the ease of getting scheduled, the friendliness of staff, and quick diagnosis made this an incredibly easy process. It can be frustrating and scary to have one of your kiddos come down with something while traveling and UrgentCare For Kids eased alot of those worries.
