We recently changed insurances, but it’s still within the same company! They see many patients with Tricare so I’m unsure why the “confusion”. The receptionist didn’t bother to verify the copayment or insurance with the LS. I have been going here for 3 years and will likely not return after this incident.

These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me.
