Thought the whole experience was great. Easy check in and the LPN was friendly and knew her stuff. The Z Ray tech was super friendly as well.

When I came in the receptionist was sweet and kind. The Doctor's assistant was congenital and listened to my case. Her bed side manner was very professional.

I was able to schedule online an appointment for during my lunch hour.  There was only a few minutes wait time, staff was very friendly, and doctor explained everything and prescribed needed medication.  I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

I walked in without an appointment. Was seen right away. Very thorough with my dot physical. I had cash and not able to use my card and they accommodated me. Very friendly staff would return for my physicals in the future.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
