They were extremely nice and friendly, addressed my allergic reaction and gave me medicine and a referral. The doctor was thoughtful, clear informative, and kind . The staff at the front were extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

I will never come back. Tara the person that saw me did not know what meds could be prescribed. I came in w a mouth ulcer and she told me that naltrexone would not work also I asked for a cream and she said there wasn’t any kind of cream.   I went to my primary. She gave me valtrex and a cream for my tongue.  She gave me something Tara that my ENT had given me  maybe you should hire someone w the correct credentials to work in your urgent care. Someone that is knowlegable to all different types of medical problems. I wasted 35$ to see an unqualified person.

Doctor was so helpful, patient and kind with all my questions! Was able to be seen very quickly. Would definitely go back.

This isn't my first visit to this establishment, and I keep returning because of their outstanding policies and the exceptional quality of care. The doctor who attended to me demonstrated an impeccable bedside manner and took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, making me feel completely at ease. Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!
