I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

Office staff, technicians and doctor were GREAT….. they all were knowledgeable and concerned with me !!!!!! ABSOLUTELY would  recommend Live Urgent Care. !!!

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. The scheduling process was easy, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The check-in process was smooth, and the wait time was very short. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. I felt well cared for and was happy with the quality of care I received. The office was also clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to others! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
