The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

I had an emergency due to Allergies the staff was very fast to assist me due to my health. I would like to thank the staff for helping me as well the care they provide. Ones again Thank You

I have been here twice for myself and once with my dad! I am so grateful our community has this particular urgent care! Every person is exceptional! mind you I work in a hospital and I am quite picky but they are efficient! I never felt rushed! At all.

They took me right in but did not rush my treatment.

The receptionist and nurse were phenomenal. If I could give them 5 stars I would. The NP (whose name I can’t remember at the moment, maybe Maryann?) was friendly and kind. But I did not leave the appointment feeling confident. I truly felt like antibiotics were prescribed just to “check off a box” and not actually solve the problem, because she was unsure of what the rash or bumps on the skin were from. Originally the ears looked great, but after not being able to diagnose the skin condition, the cough, or the congestion, she took a look at the ears and decided one “might” be a little red. She also left the room without saying goodbye and giving results from swabs, so I had no idea the appointment was even over. I thought she left to check on them and would come back to let me know. I was waiting in the room for her to come back and finish. I’m not one to take antibiotics just for the sake of it, or as she put it “give it a try,” so we did not end up picking them up. I don’t normally use urgent care but the pediatricians office was closed and I was worried it would be a rough night and thought it would be best to get checked out. Waste of time and money. Will be seeing regular doctor in the morning.

Every thing was good staff doctor very polite and helpful

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

Jock itch treatment went fast Thorough and very professional

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I woke up today feeling terrible and decided to come to this urgent for the first time. The staff was amazing and friendly I would definitely go back. Well hopefully I don’t get sick but this will be the first place I go.

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

The NPA Miss Deexa Patel always wonderful to her patients. Great bed side manner. I was happy that she was there to assist me. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
