The front desk clerk super professional ! The medical assistant super professional! The Md well educated, empathetic, and made me feel like I’m in great hands . Had been experiencing jaw pain for a few days and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see my dentist until at least Monday. I was hesitant to go urgent care on a Saturday, I assumed I’d be waiting forever and for jaw pain, they wouldn’t be able to do much. But actually, I reserved a spot online and they took me right away. The medical assistant and doctor were so nice, helped me as best as they could, and sent me home with a prescription that eased the pain tremendously the next day. I’d never been to this location before but I’m glad I made the trip and the next time I need to go to urgent care, I’ll be going here. Thank you everyone at AFC Piscataway !

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Exceptional experience from check in to nurse to doctor exam!

Woke up feeling out of. Looked up my nearest urgent care and this location fit the bill. I got there and was able to check in in no time. I was seen within my first ten minutes there. I got a Prescription and was out of there within 30 mins. Definitely an efficient practice and  the staff has amazing bedside manner and customer service. I felt catered to and comfortable.

Made a same-day appointment. Staff was professional, kind, and efficient. Saw one of the PAs, he had me diagnosed, prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and I was on my way home with a follow up appointment later in the week. Very organized, well run establishment.

The staff and providers were so friendly. Couldn't have had a better experience. Going to urgent care isn't fun but they made it as pleasant as possible.

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

My first time in this facility and the staff was very welcoming. The NP was incredibly caring and helpful.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
