I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

The staff and Dr.JACQUELINE KABUKURU WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, AND CARING, DR. JACQUELINE KABURKURU IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR, HER CARE AND TREATMENT, IS ALWAYS ON POINT, AND AFTER FOLLOWING HER INSTRUCTIONS, I AM BACK TO MY OLD SELF, AND FEELINGS GRATE!! I went in to get a TB skin test on Saturday. They are open 7 days a week, super convenient. All staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
