Everytime I go to Immediate Care in Lakeshore. There is never a long wait. Everyone is nice and I am in and out and able to get my prescription and get home to continue to rest. I have referred this place to other people and I will continue to come back when I am and sick

I went in to get a TB skin test on Saturday. They are open 7 days a week, super convenient. All staff were courteous and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

I went to this doctor only to find out that I had a pinched nerve in my neck. They’re the weight was not too bad maybe 30 minutes, but the staff was fabulous. I had to have x-rays done. I had to have shots. I had the doctor she came in and she met with me and she really paid attention to what I was saying And I greatly appreciated that. When I left, I felt like a new person and I’m still going on today. They even stayed almost an hour after their closing time and they had the best friendliest wonderful list attitudes I’ve ever seen. So I just want to say thank you And I will go back there.

I did a walk-in, so the scheduling wasn’t an issue at all. The staff was friendly.  They appeared to work very well together, and knew what they were doing.   They were confident and competent and efficient in their duties. I appreciate the provider for reminding me that I needed to lose weight(ha ha ha), as if I didn’t know that already. Nevertheless, he’s right and I am and have been working on it. Otherwise everyone was nice friendly seem to work as a team show that they were confident and competent in what they were doing. Overall good experience. Good work Team!!!

Woke up this morning with a very sore throat and fever.  I went to AFC and was able to check in and see the doctor in under an hour. Great service from check in to check out.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
