This place is the best urgent care to go to when you’re not feeling well. I took my granddaughter there and they took her in right away. Been there many times, you never have to wait hours like other places make you do. Staff is very friendly and the doctors are great!!

The provider and staff were friendly, knowledgeable & very thorough. There was hardly any wait time. The office was very clean & sanitized.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

I like going to this place because they are nice and the wait time isnt much. They answer every question you have and are very patient

I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.

The facility is good, I do have an issue with their billing department. No one answers phone or emails

I was mostly happy besides that they took an 'overnight' throat culture of my daughter. It's 24 hours later and I still don't have results... Had i known it would take 2 days to get results from their overnight cultures I would have gone elsewhere. Please let your patients know that it may take 2 days to get results so they can make a decision if they'd like to go elsewhere.
