Scheduled an appointment but was waiting over an hour despite only 2 patients in front of me to see a nurse for 2 mins. Paint stripping of the wall and run down.

I did not feel well for a few days and then woke up with a terrible sore throat and no voice.  I was able to make an appointment that morning and was in and out quickly with a prescription called in.  The entire office was so nice and I’m feeling much better a couple days later.

Everyone was extremely nice and kind. From the receptionist, down to the physician. We have found a place that we can rely on when needed.

I was pretty sure I had a UTI so was at Medella right after they opened on a Saturday morning. I was only the second patient and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I’ve used them before and the staff is always friendly and the office is run with great efficiency! I highly recommend them.

I was shocked how easy it was to schedule an appointment on line and for my visit to truly occur at that time. The staff was great, especially the nurse practitioner, Brenda K. She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. I wish I could have her as my PCP!  I definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

The absolute besttttttttttttttt urgent care since my little ones were babies. Staff, wait time, care and overall experience is amazing.
