I was pretty sure I had a UTI so was at Medella right after they opened on a Saturday morning. I was only the second patient and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I’ve used them before and the staff is always friendly and the office is run with great efficiency! I highly recommend them.

Overall, this urgent care is great! We have no complaints other than the room being really really cold. But the staff was attentive, they listened, and they treated our infant with care. I would absolutely come here again!

Been sick for a week. Went in for an appointment. Very easy to make an appointment. No wait time - which was awesome. Doctor and nurse were very nice and helpful. Had my diagnosis and scrip within 30 minutes and got to get on with my day. I will absolutely come here again.

2nd time here, both visits were easy to check in, short waiting time with courteous and friendly staff.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.
